Terms & Conditions – KS Beauty & Aesthetics

By booking an appointment with KS Beauty & Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend arriving on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of your deposit and may require full payment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced. Full payment will still be required.

5. Health & Medical Conditions
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment. KS Beauty & Aesthetics will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions if this information is not provided.

6. Consultation & Suitability
Certain treatments require a consultation and/or patch test. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

7. Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. No guarantees can be made regarding treatment outcomes.

8. Aftercare
Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided. Failure to do so may affect results, and KS Beauty & Aesthetics will not be liable for any issues caused by non-compliance.

9. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of your appointment unless stated otherwise. We accept cash and/or approved payment methods.

10. Courses & Packages
All courses and packages must be paid in full in advance and used within the specified time frame. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used before their expiry date.

12. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone deemed unsuitable, intoxicated, or displaying inappropriate behaviour.

13. Liability
KS Beauty & Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings. Treatments are carried out at the client’s own risk following consultation.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

 At KS Beauty & Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality treatments and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Treatments & Services:
All treatments and services are non-refundable once they have been completed. Due to the nature of beauty and aesthetic procedures, results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Deposits
Deposits are required to secure appointments and are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 24–48 hours’ notice is given.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
4. Courses & Packages
Courses or package bookings are non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled with adequate notice. All sessions must be used within the stated validity period.
5. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. Full charges will still apply.
6. Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please inform us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and may offer a correction or alternative solution where appropriate.
7. Medical & Aesthetic Procedures
Due to health and safety regulations, no refunds will be given for completed aesthetic treatments. A full consultation is carried out prior to treatment to ensure suitability.
8. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date.
